Since 2020, Pluripharm has been part of the Abacus Medicine Group which contributes to a strong position of Pluripharm on European markets and ensures a high availability of medicines for independent pharmacies, outpatient pharmacies and hospitals.
Abacus Medicine was founded in 2004 by CEO Flemming Wagner and his father John Wagner in Copenhagen, Denmark and employs more than 1,500 people today. Abacus Medicine is among the market leaders in parallel trade of pharmaceuticals in Europe and an active partner for the pharmaceutical industry in supplying medicine for clinical trials has experienced rapid growth in recent years and has become one of the European market leaders in the international parallel trade in medicines.
